We do not replace existing care teams; we enhance them, providing an extra layer of support with compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to children with medical complexity.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Manager, Business Intelligence, the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for working cross-functionally to drive analyses and insights that lead to more informed decisions and improved business performance for various clinical and operational teams. This role will be part of a fast-growing technology organization working to create bespoke solutions to support medically complex children on Medicaid, increasing safe days at home.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards in Tableau that enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Apply business intelligence best practices to ensure dashboards are user-friendly, performant, meet production standards, and are aligned with business goals.
  • Create analytical models in dbt to support Tableau dashboards.
  • Partner closely with care model teams (e.g., transitions of care, behavioral health) to gather business requirements and build key performance indicators/metrics, continually refining solutions to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to evaluate clinical outcomes & care delivery efficiency, and clearly communicate findings through visualizations and presentations.
  • Utilize SQL and other tools to collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including claims, EHR, HIE, and programmatic data.
  • Manage analytics requests and ad-hoc reporting needs through Atlassian (e.g., JIRA), communicating with stakeholders on status and relaying priorities.
  • Collaborate with the product, engineering, and internal data team to help develop new tools and capabilities to improve operational and clinical quality and efficiency.

What You Bring & How You Qualify

First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric healthcare and creating a world where every child with complex medical conditions gets the care and support they deserve.

You will need:

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics, preferably in clinical data analytics.
    • 3+ years of experience with Tableau demonstrating advanced use of calculations, parameters, performance tuning, and interactivity.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong SQL skills and the ability to build analytic tools quickly to generate actionable insights from large-scale data in Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
    • Experience using dbt for data modeling.
    • Experience using GitHub for version control.
  • Communication & Problem-Solving:
    • Proven ability to communicate findings effectively through data storytelling that connects insights with business goals and impact.
    • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, making decisions with limited information, and adapting to evolving business priorities.
  • Preferred:
    • Familiarity with healthcare data sources (e.g., claims, EHR, health information exchange) is a strong plus.

What We Offer (Benefits + Perks)

The role offers a base salary range of $115,000 - $130,000 in addition to an annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package, and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).
