Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in technical marketing data roles, along with 2+ years of experience with BI Tools, including Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma, Omni, or Databricks, and a strong SQL background. They should be comfortable with ad platforms, MMPs (Singular), and third-party data sources, and understand marketing measurement and attribution.
The Data Analyst will be a trusted advisor on marketing data, building and improving analytics reporting and processes using Looker, collaborating with stakeholders to scope analytical questions and determine appropriate KPIs/metrics, and reducing technical debt. They will analyze marketing experiments, partner with the Growth team to translate business needs into data problems, monitor marketing trends, and identify automation opportunities in BI, while also applying standard marketing measures such as LTV/NPV, CAC, and ROAS.
