A minimum of 5-8 years in marketing/campaign operations or a similar role is required, along with deep expertise in full lifecycle campaign development, including triggered workflows, transactional messaging, and personalized communications at scale. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Iterable, Braze, HubSpot, Customer.io, or Marketo, with demonstrated experience optimizing complex workflows, is essential. Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM systems, and real-time event tracking tools are also necessary. Experience applying AI/ML models in lifecycle marketing is a plus.
The Marketing Operations Senior Analyst will drive and evolve the marketing automation infrastructure, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and AI integration across the customer lifecycle. They will oversee and monitor lifecycle programs for consistent deliverability across email, SMS, and push marketing channels. This role involves leading cross-functional collaboration with Growth, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to execute personalized engagement campaigns. Responsibilities include overseeing campaign operations, managing resources, timelines, QA, and stakeholder communication. The analyst will identify and integrate AI tools into workflows, serve as the internal platform expert for marketing tools like Iterable, Mailgun, and Twilio, and troubleshoot operational issues. They will also design and implement experimentation frameworks, including AI-powered A/B tests, establish scalable operational processes with performance dashboards, and drive innovation in lifecycle marketing through new channels and AI/ML tools.
