Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, such as Microbiology, and have over 10 years of relevant sales and/or training experience. Experience with Korn Ferry and the Miller Heiman sales methodology is required, along with demonstrated excellence in curriculum design and development. A detailed understanding of adult learning dynamics, the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently, and strong leadership skills including experience with organizational change management and coaching teams are essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager of Sales Training will define, lead, and implement global sales training programs, including curriculum design and content development, to ensure sales professionals possess necessary workflow, sales, technical, and process skills. This role involves driving a global training strategy, establishing a culture of continuous learning, leading the development of a sales training framework, and building training curriculum with various assets. The manager will partner with Sales leadership to support new program launches, deliver training courses, build collaborator relationships across departments, drive best practice standardization, and align training objectives with commercial operations leadership. Responsibilities also include reviewing training programs for sales effectiveness, developing a training dashboard to track success, coordinating training logistics, implementing sales mentor programs, and conducting quality assurance checks.
