Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in management consulting, revenue operations, or sales effectiveness roles. They should possess extensive experience in sales compensation planning, design, quota setting, and/or territory planning. A consistent track record of exceeding client expectations and building strong executive relationships is required, along with deep analytical skills and a willingness to perform hands-on execution. Experience leading complex projects with multiple deliverables is also necessary.
The Principal Consultant will lead strategic engagements with enterprise clients focusing on sales incentive design, territory optimization, and quota setting. They will collaborate with Data Science & Analytics teams to develop and deploy new analytical approaches, and work with customers to create repeatable processes for measuring sales effectiveness program performance. The role involves coaching and developing a team of analysts and managers, partnering with Customer Operations to deploy strategic recommendations within the Forma.ai platform, and collaborating with Product Development to provide customer feedback for new feature development.
