Requirements

The Sales Training Manager should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with an advanced degree, and have 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, sales management, or sales training. They require a thorough understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes, industry regulations, and emerging trends, along with exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

The Sales Training Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of all live and virtual training programs, including initial, launch, advanced, and continuous training, managing live and virtual classroom environments to achieve learning objectives, engaging in high-impact learning activities, evaluating participant competency levels and providing coaching, identifying skill gaps and designing training programs to address them, collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate training content, conducting ongoing training needs analysis, and modifying the training plan as needed. They will also model a mindset of continuous learning and innovation, and may be required to travel up to 25% of the time.
