Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent qualification, with a PhD being a plus. They are required to have at least 7 years of sales or customer-facing experience within the Life Science or Genomics industry.
This role involves leading and managing a team of Multiomics/Sequencing Sales Specialists, developing and implementing territory plans to meet revenue quotas, overseeing team recruitment and development, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring market trends, training sales team members, controlling expenses, providing performance feedback, utilizing sales analytics tools, communicating regional business landscape, acting as a conduit for customer feedback, selling Illumina’s Multiomics vision and product offering, and participating in tradeshows and events.
