Requirements

Candidates should possess work experience as a Sales Coach and managing a team of sales coaches, demonstrating strong leadership presence and passion for leading quality and training teams. Familiarity with role-playing activities and e-learning platforms is also required, along with experience in implementing improvement projects using Six Sigma, Lean, or other quality tools. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing teams of professionals across the organization, are essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Sales Coaching will monitor the performance of all ICX frontline sales representatives, identify areas of improvement, and design coaching approaches leveraging different learning strategies and sales techniques. They will also identify individual and team training needs, act as a consultant to sales reps, develop a relationship with ICX teams to facilitate communication, design and empower team to deliver refresher modules and workshops, evaluate employees’ performance, research and implement industry best practices, and establish training needs through observation and analysis. Furthermore, the role involves working with operations and delivery to understand business needs, set annual learning and development objectives, update own role and leadership knowledge, coach sales coaches, and ensure regions are aligned on global strategy to deliver improvements.
