The Team Lead, Sales Development Representative will engage in hybrid prospecting, responding to inbound inquiries and conducting outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Responsibilities include creative engagement with prospects, deep account research to personalize messaging, and driving pipeline growth by generating qualified leads for Account Executives. This role involves collaborating with Account Executives through weekly 1x1s, leveraging sales methodologies like Sandler and SPIN, and meticulously tracking activities in Salesforce and Outreach. The individual must manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet outreach goals and solve problems with creative solutions, taking initiative to learn and adapt quickly.
