Requirements

The Senior Manager, People & Culture reports to the Vice President, People & Culture and partners with business leaders and employees to support talent development, operational performance, change management, and engagement initiatives. This strategic HR leader role requires the ability to enhance employee experience, strengthen leadership capability, and support business growth, acting as a trusted advisor and change agent. The role also involves leading, mentoring, and developing a team of HR Business Partners and HR Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the HR team.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, People & Culture will partner with executive leadership to align People & Culture strategies with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness and long-term workforce planning. They will collaborate with leaders to assess staffing needs, align with workforce planning and talent strategies, and partner with cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide initiatives. Additionally, this role will support leaders with employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, performance management, and leadership development, while identifying training needs, coordinating employee development programs, and supporting continuous learning initiatives. The manager will also facilitate engaging trainings, strategic planning sessions, and project team meetings to promote collaboration and execution of key People & Culture initiatives.
