Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a high-growth environment, strong working knowledge of employment law and multi-state HR compliance, and experience with cleared environments or GovCon. Previous experience driving and supporting performance management cycles is preferred, along with familiarity with security clearance processes, EEO/AA/OFCCP requirements, or federal contract labor standards. A SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior HR Generalist will own and improve onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and leave processes across the organization, serve as a resource for managers and employees on topics like performance, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation, partner with Talent Acquisition and Finance to operationalize geofenced hiring strategies, maintain and evolve compensation bands, ensure HR practices are compliant with employment laws and federal contract standards, conduct investigations, facilitate resolution of employee concerns, support a fair and inclusive workplace, build and run performance management system and cycles, maintain accurate records in HR systems, support audits, and assist with benefits administration. They will also support People initiatives like engagement surveys, recognition programs, and internal communications.
