The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of people management principles and experience building out a People function from the ground up. They should have experience with compensation philosophy development, benefits program design, performance management systems, and talent acquisition strategies. Experience with international employment setups and diverse compensation models is highly desirable.
As Head of People, you will partner with the recruiting function to ensure high-functioning recruitment processes, develop and maintain a comprehensive compensation philosophy, design and implement benefit programs, establish performance management systems and career development frameworks, integrate and automate key people systems, and upskill managers in feedback, hiring, and team development. You will also oversee the full-cycle recruiting function, ensuring consistent use of structured interviews and candidate experience best practices, and partner with executives and hiring managers to forecast headcount and hiring priorities.
