Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with 3+ years in a people leadership or team development role. Experience in B2B SaaS marketing preferred
  • Proven experience creating and executing strategic, integrated marketing plans that align with business goals and deliver measurable impact
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and support a team – fostering collaboration, professional growth, and accountability
  • Proficient communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for a variety of audiences, including peers, stakeholders, and senior leadership
  • Comfortable working both collaboratively and autonomously in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, particularly within a technology-driven organization
  • Ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making and continuously improve marketing performance

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the Escapia marketing strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities and commercial objectives
  • Lead and empower a team of two senior marketing specialists, setting clear goals, providing strategic direction, and fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance
  • Collaborate across teams and functions – including product, sales, analytics, and marketing operations and creatives – to influence business decisions and deliver integrated, results-driven campaigns
  • Manage team planning, budget allocation, and resource prioritization to effectively deliver against team goals and operational needs
  • Drive performance measurement, reporting, and optimization across marketing initiatives using data and insights to inform strategic pivots and investment decisions
  • Represent the team in key forums and with senior stakeholders, helping shape broader marketing strategies and advocating for initiatives that create business and customer impact
