Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will lead engagement managers and data scientists responsible for pre-sales scoping, deployment, enablement, and implementation of the Dataiku platform for global enterprise customers. This includes supporting sales pitches, managing multiple sub-regions with sales forecasting, implementing sales strategies, writing proposals and SOWs, and serving as a point of escalation for customers. Responsibilities also encompass managing client relationships, overseeing implementation services, leading the service delivery team, implementing a Services Delivery Methodology, managing utilization and margin metrics, ensuring customer value realization, and growing and managing the team efficiently.
