The Head of AI will define and execute the AI strategy and roadmap, balancing formal planning with innovation. They will lead and manage the AI/ML team, oversee project portfolios, establish operating procedures, and mentor team members. This role involves overseeing AI governance, risk, and compliance, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market leaders, and representing LivePerson externally as a thought leader in AI.
