Requirements

Responsibilities

The Manager of Professional Services will lead and manage a team of solution architects and implementation engineers to ensure successful customer onboarding and adoption of the Chronosphere platform. They will actively support sales and customer success teams by solving customer use cases, providing technical advisory, and developing implementation plans. This role will involve defining new service offerings, optimizing existing processes, building a knowledge base repository of best practices and reference designs, and coaching team members on individual development plans.
