Candidates should possess 3-5 years of Workday (or other ERP) Consulting implementation experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proven experience leading a virtual team. Fast learner, detail oriented, decisive, and enjoyment of fast-paced work environments are required characteristics, along with the ability to work well within and across teams to achieve goals.
The Workday Manager will provide expert guidance to the AMS management team and their team members, assisting clients with business objectives and ensuring successful end-user adoption during Workday post-production lifecycles. They will also assist the sales team with orals, estimations, and Statements of Work (SOWs), collaborate with Service Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and Managing Consultants to lead engagements, onshore integration lead who leads Integration/Extend workstream, apply AMS methodologies, work with the GDC team, provide on-call support, maintain the Workday platform with a focus on reporting and security, ensure system design fits user needs, drive continual business process improvements, and proactively identify reporting dashboards to support IT and business metrics.
