Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will design, implement, measure, analyze, and report on key marketing activities across the buyer journey and customer lifecycle. Responsibilities include partnering with global Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and Technology teams to drive data-driven decisions, optimizing lead routing from Marketing to Sales, developing marketing update presentations for senior management, and owning the development and maintenance of Salesforce and Tableau/Power BI dashboards. The role also involves ensuring accurate tagging and tracking of marketing campaign funnels and customer behavior, supporting marketing teams with SQL and data needs, managing marketing analytics data models, collaborating on attribution and measurement models, owning the setup and implementation of lead forms and routing logic, and presenting findings to executive leadership while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
