Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably within B2B SaaS, with exposure to both product-led and sales-led growth, and a proven track record of driving measurable impact through data. Strong SQL skills for querying large, multi-source datasets, deep expertise in GA4 event tracking and tagging best practices, and proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI are essential. Experience with A/B and multivariate testing, simplifying complex data for non-technical audiences, and familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo are required. Comfort working with Revenue Operations to support marketing-to-sales handoffs, strong organizational skills, and an ability to identify and improve data flow gaps are also necessary.
The Senior Data Analyst will own funnel and PLG analytics, mapping, measuring, and optimizing customer journeys to drive acquisition, retention, and expansion. They will build and maintain high-impact, real-time dashboards integrating marketing, product, and CRM data to inform Marketing, Product, and Sales decisions. Responsibilities include architecting and managing GA4 event tagging, ensuring tracking accuracy, and integrating data with relevant platforms. The role involves designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests across various touchpoints and translating complex analytics into clear, actionable insights to influence go-to-market strategies, marketing spend, and cross-functional initiatives.
