Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the product roadmap for foundational datasets, ensuring they align with company-wide goals and business needs
  • Work with data engineering teams to build canonical datasets and semantic layers. Ensure that data products are well-documented, discoverable, and accompanied by training materials to empower users
  • Establish standards and best practices for curating data assets and dashboards within business intelligence tools, such as Looker, to ensure consistency and usability
  • Drive adoption through training and enablement, ensuring teams are proficient in leveraging governed datasets and the tools that support them. Systematically oversee the deprecation of legacy data sources to reduce fragmentation and improve trust
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Finance, Clinical, Care, and Growth teams to deliver data-informed perspectives and actionable insights. Provide the trusted data foundation that supports both customer-facing applications and business processes
