We are looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales to help us develop and implement strategies to grow Webflow’s presence in the Enterprise and build meaningful relationships with both potential and existing customers.

Compensation

  • United States (USD):
    • Zone A: $360,000 - $390,000
    • Zone B: $342,000 - $371,000
    • Zone C: $324,000 - $351,000
  • Note: For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, including sales commissions target and annual base salary. This range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on factors such as market location, experience, qualifications, and skills.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales, you will:

  • Build and scale a world-class, diverse sales team: Recruit, interview, hire, coach, and mentor Enterprise Account Executives to accelerate and expand Webflow’s established Enterprise motion.
  • Own your results: Attain quota, forecast accurately, and drive linearity.
  • Thought leadership: Earn the right to advise CMOs & CTOs on prioritizing and upleveling their #1 marketing asset (websites).
  • Grow your business: Build pipeline, qualify deals across Webflow’s unique sources (inbound, SS signup, SS upgrade, outbound, partners, expands), command the sales process, drive operational rigor, and lean into agency partnerships.
  • Grow yourself: Focus on professional development and pursue excellence in sales leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally: Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering & Product departments to implement and carry out a sales go-to-market plan and strategy.
  • Serve as executive sponsor: Engage in client meetings and leverage Webflow’s leadership team to remove obstacles as needed.
  • Drive culture: Foster energy and a positive, collaborative culture that inspires teamwork, performance, and empowers your team to do their best work.
  • Create clarity: Provide clear direction for your team, peers, and leadership in an ever-changing environment.
  • Facilitate feedback: Establish a “Voice of the Customer” feedback loop between Sales and Product & Engineering, Marketing, Post-Sales, and Support.
  • Identify opportunities: Identify product and technology opportunities with Enterprise customers and present a point of view to Webflow's Product and Leadership Teams.
  • Build partnerships: Develop the partnerships flywheel for your team with agencies and systems integrators.
