Experience selling E-commerce and/or FinTech solutions to VP and C-level executives is required, along with demonstrated Enterprise account sales leadership experience and a track record of success in high growth environments. Proven ability to consistently over-achieve, excellent cross-functional partnership and interpersonal skills, and experience devising sales strategy, capacity planning, and contributing to enablement programs are essential. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who is proactive in holding themselves accountable and can simply articulate intricate ROI, data, and analytics concepts.
The VP of Enterprise Sales will lead, drive, and deliver the Bolt vision and mission for the Enterprise business, inspiring and leading a team of Enterprise AEs to exceed sales objectives. Responsibilities include recruiting, developing, and retaining top sales talent, driving prospecting activities to maximize engagement across target accounts, and developing and executing segment and territory plans to maximize penetration. The role also involves accurately forecasting business performance, assigning and evolving territories for growth, and coaching sales teams throughout the sales cycle. Ensuring sales teams report progress in SFDC and work effectively with operations, sales engineering, and other teams is crucial, as is staying ahead of industry trends, competitive activity, and client opportunities by attending trade shows, industry events, and conferences.
