Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of successful solution sales experience leading a sales team selling cyber security software and/or infrastructure products. A strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies, along with competitive offerings, is required. A demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets is also necessary. Candidates should be based in Colorado, Seattle (WA), or Las Vegas (NV).

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Director will lead a team of senior sales people, managing personnel, pipeline development, territory planning, account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, and sales presentations. They will identify, develop, and execute account strategies to close new business and expand revenue within the assigned region, leveraging relationships with VAR resellers. The role involves scoping and negotiating agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets, gaining access to decision-makers in key prospect accounts, and collaborating with internal teams and partners to drive engagement. Accurate prospect information must be captured and maintained using Salesforce.com/CLARITY and other data analytics tools. MEDDPICC sales methodology experience is strongly preferred.
