Requirements

Candidates must have 12+ years of work experience, with a strong preference for experience in the enterprise software/SaaS industry. Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is required. The role also requires comfort in business and technical discussions and experience building trusting relationships, including with executive audiences. Experience leading teams in a fast-growing environment is also a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will oversee the end-to-end work process to structure complex problems, develop clear hypotheses, conduct analyses, and provide recommendations through a data-driven process. They will help manage multiple work streams that vary in topics and functional partners, and provide business and technical expertise to an executive audience. This role involves summarizing inputs, identifying insights, and developing compelling recommendations for various audiences, as well as working with teams to identify opportunities, unlock productivity, and accelerate execution.
