The role also requires comfort in business and technical discussions and experience building trusting relationships, including with executive audiences. Experience leading teams in a fast-growing environment is also a plus.
The Senior Manager will oversee the end-to-end work process to structure complex problems, develop clear hypotheses, conduct analyses, and provide recommendations through a data-driven process.
