Requirements

Candidates should have over 10 years of progressive experience in product marketing, with a focus on software or technology solutions, and at least 5 years in a leadership role managing product marketing teams. Proven expertise in healthcare SaaS and DaaS product marketing is required, along with demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful GTM strategies. Exceptional communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, with an MBA being a plus. Experience with project management platforms like Monday.com is also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director of Product Marketing will lead the product marketing function and drive business growth by defining and executing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the entire product portfolio. This includes defining and executing product marketing efforts, owning end-to-end GTM strategies for product launches and feature enhancements, and crafting compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions. The role involves acting as the market and competitive expert, understanding market trends, customer pain points, and the competitive landscape, as well as partnering with stakeholders to develop and refine pricing and packaging strategies. Additionally, the position requires championing sales enablement by developing high-impact sales enablement materials, leading product content and storytelling efforts, and building and mentoring a high-performing product marketing team.
