Candidates should have a career history in consulting and professional services with proven experience in client development and building teams to deliver business-critical solutions. They must be comfortable engaging with client executives on strategic business challenges, possess fluency in the software development lifecycle, and have experience in a leadership commercial role. Experience in leading teams that implement AI solutions to drive performance and competitive advantage, including identifying opportunities and shaping solutions for forecastable value, is essential. A track record of nurturing client relationships to expand service lines and grow portfolios above $10M in annual revenue, alongside commercial acumen for deal structuring and experience mentoring consultants, is required. Prior experience in a fast-growing, adaptive leadership team and with Private Equity and midmarket executives is preferred.
The Director of Strategic Consulting will manage, nurture, and grow a portfolio of client partnerships, steering them to ensure consistent value creation and developing partner development strategies. They will be responsible for identifying opportunities for AI implementation within client organizations, shaping solutions that deliver forecastable value, and nurturing client relationships to introduce new service lines and increase value. This role involves leading teams in building and deploying sophisticated software solutions, navigating complex client environments, and ensuring the development and craft of consultants.
