Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical or healthcare field, with an MBA or advanced degree being preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management or product strategy within software, diagnostics, or healthcare technology is required, along with 5+ years of leadership experience including people management. Experience with software products in regulated healthcare environments, knowledge of FDA regulations and IVDR, and familiarity with HLA lab workflows or transplant diagnostics are highly preferred. Proficiency in SaaS platforms, cloud architecture, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), AI/ML tools, and product management software like Aha! or Jira is also expected.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Product Strategy will contribute to the development of multi-year software product strategies and roadmaps, supporting initiatives for platform unification, modular architecture, and cloud enablement. They will conduct competitive assessments and customer research to inform product direction. Responsibilities include engaging with clinical collaborators to gather insights, translating user feedback into product opportunities, and supporting pilots with strategic customers. The role involves collaborating on the design and expansion of the next-generation transplant diagnostics platform, defining modules focused on interoperability and extensibility, and participating in partner evaluations. Additionally, the Senior Manager will coordinate with R&D, Engineering, Commercial, Regulatory, and Legal teams to align product plans with business needs, contribute to market opportunity assessments, support go-to-market planning, and manage the product lifecycle.
