The Business Operations & Strategy hire will partner closely with Hang’s leadership team to identify and solve pressing company problems. They will manage and drive key operational and strategic initiatives across the business. Acting as a central hub, they will collaborate with every function to drive strategy by synthesizing insights and setting actionable plans. The role involves creating and maintaining financial models and tracking key company-level success metrics, as well as preparing external presentations for board and investor meetings.
