Candidates should possess over 7 years of experience in a Learning & Development role, with a strong focus on instructional design, learning experience design, and program development. Proven expertise in facilitating and coaching both virtually and in-person is required, along with demonstrated experience in leadership development, including building, facilitating, and assessing the influence of change management and leadership development for various organizational levels. Strong practical knowledge of learning technologies is also necessary.
The Senior Learning & Development Partner will design and develop comprehensive learning experiences, including instructor-led content, eLearning modules, job aids, and multimedia assets, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Responsibilities include facilitating engaging training sessions, conducting needs assessments and analyzing skill gaps, managing multiple instructional development projects, and evaluating training program effectiveness. The role also involves staying current with industry trends, partnering with subject matter experts, and identifying opportunities for new programming and methodologies to support organizational scalability.
