Candidates must be seasoned professional services team leads with experience managing client partnerships exceeding $5M annually. They should have a proven track record in leading software product delivery teams, with conversancy in SDLC, data, and AI. Strong growth instincts and experience driving growth in client partnerships are essential. The role requires comfort working with executives and in detailed problem-solving, coupled with high emotional intelligence for collaboration. Preferred qualifications include healthcare experience, experience with enterprise innovation teams, and experience with global teams.
The Principal Consultant will lead the largest partner engagement with a global biopharma company, overseeing multiple workstreams within the commercial innovation arm. This involves managing key stakeholders on both the partner and Able sides, including C-suite executives. The role requires identifying and capturing new business opportunities for both the partner and Able, focusing on value creation. Additionally, the consultant will leverage AI tools to enhance team productivity and efficiency, and will transition from a full-time assignment to a fractional role while supporting new partner acquisition and leading other existing partners.
