Requirements

The Learning Event Facilitator should possess 2-4 years’ experience in a tech environment, demonstrated ability to gather training requirements and identify necessary resources effectively, exceptional customer service and time management skills, strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, and proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define event scope, managing the event calendar, facilitating virtual events, partnering with stakeholders to develop supporting materials, providing Marketing with key event details, supporting event speakers, tracking and analyzing event performance, publishing recorded events and assets on the LMS or CMS, providing backup administrative support to the Sales Enablement team, responding to training scheduling requests from Authorized Training Partners (ATP), maintaining and updating the lab calendar, scheduling and reviewing labs and classes based on ATP schedules and registrations, distributing firewall registration keys, manually updating lab kits, reconciling lab usage data with ATP orders, ensuring ATPs adhere to established processes and training timelines, and providing student kit keys for internal technical support team training requests.
