Responsibilities

They will advance strategic initiatives by managing resource requests, enablement plan submissions, and project progression. Responsibilities include maintaining a catalog of COE programs, overseeing budget planning and management for Program Success, and establishing operational cadences for reviews and checkpoints. The role also involves coordinating strategic planning and execution cycles, supporting executive visibility with strategic updates and dashboards, leading cross-functional strategic projects, and developing standards for initiative tracking and reporting.
