The Partner Manager will identify, recruit, onboard, and manage training delivery partners and contractors, serving as the primary point of contact for all partner communications, performance, and escalations. They will define and enforce training delivery standards, monitor partner performance through feedback and metrics, and implement continuous improvement plans. This role involves coordinating scheduling, logistics, and resource planning for partner-led training sessions, ensuring partners are equipped with up-to-date materials and remain current with product releases. The Partner Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand, manage partner budgets, reconcile invoices, and support the development of scalable partner delivery models and strategic enablement initiatives.
