Proven success in hiring enterprise sales representatives and leadership for companies selling complex, enterprise-grade SaaS is essential. Experience hiring BDR/SDRs, pre-sales solutions, and customer-facing Go-To-Market leadership roles is also required. Candidates should be self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable owning the entire recruiting process from start to finish. Excellent closing, influencing, and negotiation skills are necessary, along with the ability to guide candidates through decision-making. A strong executive presence, confidence in working with senior leadership, and the ability to influence stakeholders are important. Proficiency in sourcing strategies and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, outbound campaigns, and talent mapping is expected. A high standard for candidate quality and experience, along with strong communication skills to build trust quickly with candidates and hiring managers, is also crucial.
The Senior GTM Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruiting cycle for pre-sales revenue-generating teams, including Account Executives, Solutions, Business Development Representatives, and Sales Leadership. This role involves partnering directly with the VP of Sales and sales leaders to build world-class teams and acting as their trusted talent partner. Key responsibilities include sourcing and closing top sales talent in competitive markets, advising leadership on hiring strategy, interview best practices, and talent market dynamics. The recruiter will also execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive, competitive, and diverse talent, manage the candidate experience from outreach to offer negotiation, and champion Fieldguide's brand and value proposition. Driving structured and inclusive hiring processes, tracking recruiting funnel health and hiring metrics, and proactively building pipelines for future sales team growth are also core duties.
