Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, time management, organizational skills, and proficiency with ATS software are required. Familiarity with sourcing tools like ATS and LinkedIn, and proven experience in negotiations and influencing others are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level to management roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. They will advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, lead intake meetings, and collaborate with team members to source candidates through various channels. The specialist will also conduct in-depth candidate interviews, ensure a positive candidate experience, and balance diversity in the candidate pipeline.
