Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of full-life cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years specializing in hiring Enterprise Account Executives. They should demonstrate a creative, results-led sourcing approach, experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and/or Ashby, and a strong understanding of key recruiting metrics. Experience in the FinTech or Payments space is a plus, as is experience hiring Sales talent during a period of company evolution.

Responsibilities

The Senior Go-To-Market Recruiter will manage requisitions up to the Advanced/Manager level, focusing on sales roles, particularly Account Executives. They will lead volume hiring, build strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners, develop talent pipelines, utilize multiple sourcing channels, and create hiring strategies. The role also involves leading offer negotiations, contributing to process and tool optimization, coaching peers, and taking ownership of creating a healthy, representative pipeline for sales roles.
