As a Senior Go-To-Market Recruiter with a focus on Sales hiring, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success by hiring exceptional talent for our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. We’re looking for a strategic and creative Recruiter who is driven, curious, solution-oriented and excited to play a critical role in helping to further scale and build Marqeta’s GTM team. This role has impact and broad responsibility, including: owning full-cycle recruiting, helping to elevate our hiring strategy & programs and delivering a fantastic candidate experience.
