Requirements

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition. A strong understanding of technical roles and common programming languages, frameworks, and tools is required. Responsibilities

The GTM Sourcer will utilize multiple sourcing channels to identify potential candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future openings. They will craft personalized outreach messages, conduct initial screening conversations, and build long-term relationships with potential candidates. This role involves partnering closely with GTM Recruiters and Hiring Managers, maintaining accurate records in the ATS, and providing regular updates on sourcing metrics. Additionally, the sourcer will participate in intake meetings, stay current on technical trends, and identify new sourcing channels to improve efficiency.
