A strong understanding of technical roles and common programming languages, frameworks, and tools is required. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools, along with strong written communication skills for crafting engaging outreach messages and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting databases are necessary. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
The GTM Sourcer will utilize multiple sourcing channels to identify potential candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future openings. They will craft personalized outreach messages, conduct initial screening conversations, and build long-term relationships with potential candidates. This role involves partnering closely with GTM Recruiters and Hiring Managers, maintaining accurate records in the ATS, and providing regular updates on sourcing metrics. Additionally, the sourcer will participate in intake meetings, stay current on technical trends, and identify new sourcing channels to improve efficiency.
