Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably within high-growth SaaS or tech companies, and demonstrated success sourcing quota-carrying sales talent at scale. Proficiency in using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo.io, and Greenhouse is required, along with a comfortable ability to work toward aggressive weekly targets for recruiter screens and top-of-funnel pipeline metrics. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are also necessary for effectively engaging passive candidates.

Responsibilities

The Sales Sourcer will be responsible for identifying and engaging passive and active candidates for quota-carrying sales roles using various platforms, building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines to meet weekly funnel goals, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers, writing compelling outreach campaigns, maintaining proactive communication with prospects, monitoring market trends and competitor insights, and accurately tracking outreach and candidate information in Greenhouse. They will also contribute to driving 15–20 recruiter screens per week for the team.
