Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Communications, or have relevant experience, with 5-7 years in consulting, customer success, or enterprise account management. A deep understanding of customer success, digital transformation, and SaaS delivery models is required, along with familiarity with public sector operations and government technology solutions. Knowledge of strategic account management and enterprise consulting practices, strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills, and excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills are essential. Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce, project management tools, and analytics platforms is necessary, as is the ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, build trust, translate client needs into actionable strategies, manage large client portfolios, think strategically, and resolve complex issues. Experience with SaaS platforms and digital tools is preferred.
The Senior Experience Partner will manage a portfolio of up to 30 high-complexity or high-value clients, leading strategic discovery sessions and contributing to solution architecture during pre-sales. This role involves overseeing implementation planning and execution, conducting executive-level business reviews, and developing long-term engagement strategies. The Senior Experience Partner will also identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, act as an escalation point for junior team members, mentor them, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing. Representing Granicus in client-facing presentations, panels, and strategic engagements is also a key responsibility.
