Position Overview

Clio is seeking a skilled Sr. Solutions Consultant to join our US team. In this client-facing role, you will be instrumental in configuring the Sharedo platform to meet the unique business needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients and partners, empowering them to understand and effectively manage their own platform configurations. A consultative mindset and strong communication skills are essential for success in this position.

ShareDo, now part of Clio, is a cutting-edge, adaptive work management platform designed to empower large law firms to create customized solutions for managing their work processes. We specialize in serving mid-sized to large law firms, helping them streamline operations, boost profitability, and enhance the client experience through the ShareDo platform.

Clio, a global leader in cloud-based legal technology, acquired ShareDo in March 2025. Clio is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, with additional offices in Toronto, Calgary, Dublin, Manchester, and Sydney, and a global workforce of over 1,400 employees.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Configuration

  • Workflow & Process Design: Configure "work types," workflows, and forms within Sharedo to align with each client’s specific business processes.
  • Data Customization: Develop a deep understanding of the Sharedo platform to create high-impact, value-driven customizations that exceed client expectations.
  • User Interface & Rule Setup: Customize fields, layouts, and business rules to precisely meet client requirements.
  • Implementation Best Practices: Champion and promote best practices for platform configuration to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.

2. Client Support & Training

  • Client Onboarding & Enablement: Provide comprehensive training and guidance to clients and partners, enabling them to confidently utilize Sharedo's configuration tools.
  • Interactive Workshops: Lead engaging workshops to demonstrate effective platform configuration and optimization techniques.
  • Mentorship & Ongoing Support: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering support as they build their in-house expertise.

3. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

  • Documentation: Create clear, easy-to-understand documentation for platform configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Best Practice Guidelines: Develop and disseminate recommended configuration standards to help clients maximize their use of the platform.
  • Knowledge Base Contributions: Author articles, FAQs, and how-to guides to support both clients and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Experience with Low-Code Platforms: Proven ability to configure business software using low-code or configurable platforms (e.g., Sharedo, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Client Training Skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts clearly and simply to non-technical users.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to configuring workflows and rules, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Process Documentation: Proficiency in writing clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem Solver: Aptitude for identifying issues and implementing effective configuration solutions.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Sharedo or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • A background in workflow design or process modeling is a strong asset.
