Requirements

Candidates must have proven experience configuring business software using low-code or configurable platforms, strong client training skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply, and excellent attention to detail for accurate workflow and rule configuration. Proficiency in writing clear and concise process documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences, along with strong problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement effective configuration solutions, is also required. Experience with Sharedo or similar platforms and a background in workflow design or process modeling are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Senior Solutions Consultant will configure the Sharedo platform to meet client business needs by setting up work types, workflows, and forms, and customizing fields, layouts, and business rules. They will also gain deep knowledge of the platform to create high-impact customizations, promote best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions, and provide training and guidance to clients and partners for effective platform use. Responsibilities include leading interactive workshops, serving as a trusted advisor for ongoing support, creating clear documentation for configurations and processes, developing best practice guidelines, and contributing to the knowledge base with articles and FAQs.
