Candidates must have 7+ years of enterprise closing sales experience and a demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota expectations. Experience selling DevOps products or a strong technical understanding of developer workflows is required, along with the expertise to navigate consultative sales cycles with Executive-level stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies. Experience implementing a Land & Expand SaaS Sales strategy and recent experience with an emerging technology software company are significant pluses, as is familiarity with the MEDDPIC sales methodology. Travel up to 50% is expected.
The Senior Enterprise Account Executive will nurture and expand relationships with large enterprise accounts, develop territory and account plans, and proactively drive outbound pipeline generation. Responsibilities include ensuring the seamless adoption of LaunchDarkly within enterprises, increasing visibility of the company's value proposition to C-Suite executives, and collaborating with solutions engineers and internal teams such as product support, developer relations, marketing, and revenue operations.
