Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience and a proven track record of sales success with enterprise customers in the Central region. Experience selling technical SaaS solutions to technical stakeholders such as CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, DevOps, and IT is required. The ability to prospect for outbound leads, build customer demand, and nurture inbound lead flow is essential. Familiarity with relevant regional IT channel partners and Tech Alliances in the Central region is necessary, as well as experience building new territories from scratch and generating customer demand. A successful track record of achieving quarterly goals, metrics, and objectives is also required.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive will build awareness and drive demand for Tines solutions by helping enterprise users derive value from the automation platform within their territory. They will clearly demonstrate and articulate the capabilities, power, and value of the Tines automation platform, and manage multiple customer opportunities through the sales cycle to close complex transactions. This role involves working closely with channel/tech alliances to uncover and progress customer opportunities, and collaborating with internal resources such as BDRs, Marketing, and Channel Partnerships to uncover new use cases. The executive will actively prospect to supplement lead flow, partner closely with the Solutions Engineering team, and collaborate across Tines business functions to ensure a world-class customer experience. Additionally, they will build a strong business plan to achieve growth, work with Sales Leadership to develop repeatable strategies for new logo acquisition, and deliver feedback to product and go-to-market teams.
