Candidates should possess over 15 years of experience in field sales, specifically selling enterprise SaaS/cloud solutions to C-level executives, with at least 5 years of experience selling to Conglomerates/Large Enterprises. An in-depth technical understanding of automation and digital transformation is required, along with a proven record of consultative strategic sales to C-level prospects and experience building relationships with CXOs of large enterprise customers for business expansion. Demonstrated success in developing long-term account strategies with existing customers and exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the local language, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels, are also necessary.
The Senior Enterprise Account Executive will drive growth and success for Large Enterprise Accounts across industries in Malaysia, focusing on account development and customer satisfaction by building key relationships and ensuring clients achieve maximum business value from UiPath solutions. This role involves engaging with C-level and Executive decision makers to identify new opportunities, developing and executing multi-year strategic account plans to meet revenue targets, and managing the sales pipeline. The Account Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction, and drive sales excellence through consistent implementation of sales processes. Additionally, they will build strong relationships with industry influencers, customers, and partners, and conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders to ensure strategic progress.
