Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in a client-facing role with mid to senior level personnel.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders (customers and internal cross-functional teams).
    • Analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
    • Passion for data accuracy and client success.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to drive business impact and alignment with customer goals.

Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Be the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, providing day-to-day strategic guidance and support.
  • Revenue Cycle: Own account revenue cycle for your book of business, including expansions and renewals.
  • Adoption Analysis: Evaluate and analyze adoption of modules/services, including:
    • Determining what is and is not being used.
    • Assessing client access frequency.
    • Identifying power users on the account.
  • Opportunity Development: Position new opportunities/products with client teams and run demos with customized positioning to meet client pain points.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and provide recommendations for process improvements related to the customer journey.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with client teams and agencies to understand buying strategy, annual goals, etc.
  • Data Storytelling: Develop analyses and storytelling to aid clients in driving impact and alignment with their critical events.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and cultivate strong customer relationships, continually seeking opportunities to showcase how to drive business impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across the organization (Data Science, Custom Analytics, Product, and Sales) as a client advocate to ensure resolution and delivery on requests.
  • Problem Solving: Work efficiently and effectively, equally as part of a team and independently, to resolve client requests and inquiries.
  • Data Insights: Extract data insights from the iSpot platform and generate unique and compelling insights for clients.
