Requirements

Candidates must have proven experience leading enterprise sales in a high-growth, product-led tech company, with a strong preference for AI/ML experience. A track record of building and scaling sales teams from the ground up is essential, along with demonstrated success in closing seven-figure enterprise deals and managing complex sales cycles. The role requires the ability to operate both strategically and tactically, possessing strong executive presence and the capacity to represent the company at C-suite and board levels. A collaborative, humble, and highly driven attitude focused on delivering impact is also required.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive Lead will own the enterprise sales function, including strategy, pipeline, forecast, process, and execution. This role involves building, leading, and inspiring a high-performing enterprise sales team, including hiring managers as the company scales. Key responsibilities include driving new business acquisition, expansion, and partnerships in strategic verticals. The individual will also act as an executive presence with customers, leading briefings, events, and high-stakes negotiations, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market strategies with customer feedback and market insights. A deep understanding of the competitive AI landscape is necessary to inform positioning and strategy.
