Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in SaaS software sales at an enterprise level, with prior experience negotiating, structuring, and executing complex enterprise-level agreements. They must also have experience leading cross-functional teams through large deal close processes and demonstrate the ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers, including executives. Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly with experience presenting to C-level executives, are essential, along with the ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will focus on Large ARR deals, identifying and articulating how Cresta can unlock significant value for customers, building relationships with key executives, and evangelizing cutting-edge AI technology. You will own the sales experience, run complex sales cycles from initial contact to close, prospect for new clients, design product presentations and business cases, develop and deliver proposals, negotiate and close contracts, develop a command of the Cresta product, the Contact Center market, competitive differentiators, and customer needs, and partner closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to deliver an exceptional customer experience while consistently hitting your sales number.
