This critical role is responsible for shaping the future of work at Apollo.io, designing for scale, efficiency, and culture in an era of generative AI transformation. You will partner closely with senior leaders to align people, performance, and culture with business objectives, serving as a strategic thought leader and operational driver for organizational design, leadership development, and engagement.
