Responsibilities

As the Senior Director, Talent Management, the individual will lead and develop the global HR Business Partner and Learning & Development functions, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and C-Suite executives. They will drive initiatives focused on organization design for GenAI efficiency, future-focused learning & development, culture at scale in a distributed environment, remote-first excellence, and talent strategy execution. Key responsibilities include managing a globally-distributed team, developing career growth frameworks, leveraging data to inform action plans, and partnering with Legal, Finance, and other People functions on employee relations and compliance matters. Finally, they will ensure organizational readiness for Apollo.io’s ambitious roadmap and beyond, while acting as a change leader and building trust with stakeholders.
