Experience building foundational People and Talent Acquisition programs from the ground up at an early-stage startup that scale through significant growth is essential, along with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic people plans.
The Senior Director, People will develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy, acting as a strategic partner to the executive team and functional leaders. They will establish foundational People and Talent Acquisition frameworks, own and refine the global compensation and job architecture philosophy, and oversee the Talent Acquisition strategy. Responsibilities also include building and executing a robust people data reporting strategy, ensuring HR compliance with employment laws, supporting international expansion efforts, and driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
