Experience in strategic workforce planning, talent systems initiatives (performance reviews, calibrations, succession planning), and embedding DEIB principles is also necessary. The ideal candidate is a builder who thrives at the intersection of people and strategy, is passionate about coaching, and can scale with integrity. Familiarity with using data and insights to inform decision-making and track key People & Culture metrics is essential.
The Head of People Business Partnerships will lead and coach a team of People Business Partners, ensuring alignment with people strategy and business priorities. They will act as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders, guiding them on organizational design, talent planning, employee relations, performance development, and engagement. This role involves building trusted relationships with executive leadership, owning and driving initiatives across the talent systems cycle, and anticipating and mitigating people-related risks. Responsibilities also include leading strategic workforce planning, designing and supporting OKR tracking, leading organizational change initiatives, and embedding DEIB principles into all people processes. The Head of PBP will partner cross-functionally with other People & Culture functions to deliver integrated solutions and use data to identify opportunities, spot trends, and measure impact.
