Candidates should possess over 12 years of experience in client-facing, consultative People Analytics or Workforce Planning roles, with at least 5 years of experience leading direct and cross-functional People Analytics teams. Expertise in leveraging HR data and analytics to improve business outcomes, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative metrics for strategic talent decisions, enterprise workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness is required. A strong understanding of HR data and employee lifecycle processes, including talent acquisition, development, and internal mobility, as well as workforce planning frameworks and methodologies, is essential. Experience in developing executive stakeholder relationships, scoping and crafting solutions, and successfully delivering projects is necessary, alongside excellent communication and presentation skills to influence executive stakeholders by translating data into actionable insights.
The Head of People Analytics Consulting & Workforce Planning will lead enterprise-wide workforce planning initiatives, aligning talent strategies with business objectives and developing roadmaps for workforce readiness. They will also lead high-impact consulting engagements, providing strategic guidance and data-driven insights to senior leaders on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, retention, hiring, and internal mobility. Responsibilities include enhancing People Analytics consulting and workforce planning capabilities, refining the consulting operating model, and driving the adoption of people analytics tools and data literacy across the organization. This role involves preparing and leading executive briefing summaries, building trusted relationships with stakeholders to influence talent decisions, and fostering a culture of strategic thinking and continuous improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional People Analytics teams to build a cohesive analytics ecosystem and ensuring alignment between consulting, analytics products, tools, and data infrastructure are also key duties.
